Deirdra managed all of the event deails and was there to ensure that the event went off smoothly. The European Summit was particulary difficult as the minimal budget meant Deirdra had to do the event planning from Canada, travelling to the UK only days prior to the Summit. Despite this challenge, the event went quite well, with univerally positive comments. The North American Summit was was local (Nashville), but must larger in scope. With a budget of over $250,000, and well over 300 attendees, and an impossible timeline. The event team, lead by Deirdra, came together and greatly exceeded expectations.
